Problem
How Do I View My Site Statistics?

Solution

This tutorial will show you how to access and use the statistics in your control panel.

The first thing you need to do is access your domains webmail.

Open up Internet Explorer (or another browser) and enter your domain name followed by /cpanel

It should look something like this:

http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

Of course, change yourdomain.com to reflect your current domain name.

Once you have entered that URL, you will see this screen (Other browsers may look different):

Next, enter your cpanel username and password. If you do not know your username and/or password, please contact us using this support center. A team member will contact you for verification and you will recieve your username and password.

Once you have logged into your control panel (cpanel), you will see this screen:

Once you get to this screen, click where it says "Web/FTP Stats" as demonstrated by the yellow highlight on the image above. This will lead you to another screen where you can choose the stats you wish to view.

On this page, there are numerous stats you can view. I am concentrating on the stats called 'Awstats'. These stats are the best out of all of them.

To view your stats, click on the Awstats link and you will now be led to this page that will give you all the stats you need.

Now you can view your all your stats!

Unique Visitors = How many different people have visited your site

Pages = How many pages have been visited by everyone. This means if 1 person visits 4 pages on your site, it adds 4 to the page count.
