This tutorial will show you how to access and use your email account.

The first thing you need to do is access your domains webmail.

Open up Internet Explorer (or another browser) and enter your domain name followed by /webmail. It should look something like this:

http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail

Of course, change yourdomain.com to reflect your current domain name.

Once you have entered that URL, you will see this screen (Other browsers may look different):

Enter your user name in the User Name field. The format you should enter is: user@yourdomain.com.

Enter the password in the Password field.

Now you have logged in and you have to select the mail program you would like to use.

Once you login to your account, you will have a choice between 3 webmail programs. The choices are Neomail, Horde and SquirrelMail. There is really no difference except Horde has options.

Choose your program by selecting which one you want:

By choosing Neomail, you will see a login button. Click that button and login to your webmail.

Clicking Horde will bring you to a language select option. Select your option and click continue. Once you are inside Horde, you will see this screen:

It is pretty self explainatory. Clicking on Mail will bring you to your mail folders. There you can read, send and organize your email.

Bringing up the Squirrelmail screen, you will see a very simple webmail portal. The interface is very straight forward and easy to use.
